* Amended

         SB 89    revise certain supervision requirements regarding the delegation of procedures to dental hygienists.
         HB 1021    revise the state trunk highway system.
         HB 1022    repeal certain provisions regarding the winter safe maintenance fund.
         HB 1035*    revise certain provisions regarding the regulation of remote service banking.
         HB 1045*    provide for the continuance of coverage for dependents on certain health insurance policies.
         HB 1046*    revise certain provisions regarding examination reports of insurers and insurance producers.
         HB 1047    authorize premium discounts for small employers who meet certain carrier participation requirements.
         HB 1050    provide that residents under sixteen years of age are not required to obtain a resident wholesale bait dealer license.
         HB 1063    repeal certain administrative rule-making authority regarding education for gifted children.
         HB 1064    remove the requirement for a certificate of health for certain persons with continuing contracts in a consolidated school district.

         SB 2*     revise the procedure for assessing agricultural property and to repeal certain factors used to determine which sales may be used in assessing property.
              Revise the procedure for assessing certain agricultural property.
         SB 3*    permit written statements to be filed concerning the leasing of agricultural land and to provide for the confidentiality and usage of such information.
         SB 53*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for adequate access to health care provider networks.
         SB 56    (Removed from Consent Calendar) repeal certain provisions relating to preadmission assessment for admission to nursing facilities.
         SB 86*    revise the compensation for deputy coroners.
         SB 96*    allow municipalities to offer full food services at certain licensed municipal facilities and to declare an emergency.
         SB 109    revise certain provisions relating to the modification of credit card agreements.

         SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         HB 1008    (Removed from Consent Calendar) revise certain provisions concerning absentee ballots.
         HB 1019    make firefighters from nonprofit corporate rural fire departments eligible for state workers compensation when working for the Department of Agriculture.
