SB 24 condition certification of nonparticipating manufacturers selling tobacco products
upon provision of consent to be sued in state courts for enforcement of tobacco
statutes.
SB 39 repeal the requirement for tuberculosis screening for school students and employees.
SB 53* provide for adequate access to health care provider networks.
SB 56 repeal certain provisions relating to preadmission assessment for admission to
nursing facilities.
