         SB 24    condition certification of nonparticipating manufacturers selling tobacco products upon provision of consent to be sued in state courts for enforcement of tobacco statutes.
         SB 39    repeal the requirement for tuberculosis screening for school students and employees.
         SB 53*    provide for adequate access to health care provider networks.
         SB 56    repeal certain provisions relating to preadmission assessment for admission to nursing facilities.
         SB 83*    revise the seller's property condition disclosure statement.
         HB 1007    revise certain provisions concerning voter registration.
         HB 1008    revise certain provisions concerning absentee ballots.



         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         SB 26    provide monetary penalties for failure of tobacco distributors and wholesalers to comply with certain cigarette regulations.
         SB 37    to reauthorize a grant program within the Department of Health for the purchase of equipment and materials for mosquito prevention and control efforts at the local level and to declare an emergency.
         SB 38    continue the moratorium on new nursing facility beds.
         SB 66*     provide certain options to school boards in reorganization.
              Provide certain options to school boards in reorganization and to increase the percentage of voters necessary to petition for school district reorganization.
         SB 75    designate official state railroad museums and to provide for additional museum sites.
         SB 79    (Removed from Consent Calendar) update certain provisions regarding the definition of impairment for workers' compensation purposes.
         SB 84    revise the definition of victims who may address the court before sentencing is imposed.
