HB 1076 (Deferred from 9th LD) permit certain public entities to establish the maximum
indemnity for their officers and employees.
HB 1085 (Deferred from 10
th LD) prohibit certain payments and receipt of payments for
registering and assisting voters and to establish certain penalties.
HB 1090* allow debt cancellation contract and debt suspension contract fees to be included in
consumer installment sales contracts.
HB 1087* require certain voter registration forms to be filed within an established time frame
and to establish certain penalties.
HB 1001 establish certain presumptions concerning real property sales used to value property.
HB 1081 allow a school district to maintain permanent school records electronically rather than
on microfilm.

for workers' compensation claims.

th LD) clarify the procedure to be followed for expedited abused
or neglected child proceedings.

th LD) prohibit a mobile telecommunications service provider from
including a subscriber's telephone number in a wireless directory assistance service
database without the subscriber's authorization.
SB 59* permit the involuntary feeding or hydration of a prisoner.
SB 9 repeal certain obsolete provisions relating to a plan for integrated
telecommunications functions and facilities.
SB 14 modify provisions related to the payment of unemployment insurance benefits.
SB 18 require the Public Utilities Commission to disburse certain bond or other proceeds
to affected customers.
SB 19 revise the length of time for the Public Utilities Commission to act on an application
for a certificate of authority for interexchange telecommunications service.
SB 32 change certain references from the Department of Revenue and Regulation to the
Department of Public Safety.
