Melody Schopp, Director of the Office of Accreditation and Teacher Quality with the Department of Education gave a report on teacher qualifications, and accreditation.

Janet Ricketts, Director of the Office of Educational Services and Support with the Department of Education gave a report on Title 1, Special Education and CAN.

         HB 1081: allow a school district to maintain permanent school records electronically rather than on microfilm.
