         SCR 1    (SJ. p. 124) Praising the dramatic progress at Crazy Horse Memorial and recognizing the memorial's year of renewing the dream of Chief Henry Standing Bear and sculptor Korczak Ziolkowski.

         SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS
        
         HB 1030    refine the definition of a critical access hospital.
         HB 1031    authorize the establishment of a delayed marriage record.

         SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
         * Refer to Daily Reader for engrossed (amended) bill

         HB 1070*    provide for the arrest and detention of certain probationers believed to be in violation of their probation conditions by court service officers or law enforcement officers.
         HB 1055*    make an appropriation for the payment of settlement expenses to SDDS, Inc., and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1075    repeal certain exceptions to the prohibition on smoking in certain public places.
         HB 1061    revise certain provisions relating to the licensing of commercial drivers.
         HB 1085    prohibit certain payments and receipt of payments for registering and assisting voters and to establish certain penalties.


         HB 1086    require certain contact information to be provided when being registered to vote by private entities or individuals.

         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         SB 16    (Deferred from 9th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the statutes of limitation for workers' compensation claims.
         SB 54*    clarify the procedure to be followed for expedited abused or neglected child proceedings.
         SB 20*    prohibit a mobile telecommunications service provider from including a subscriber's telephone number in a wireless directory assistance service database without the subscriber's authorization.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS

         HC 1005    (HJ 9th LD) Honoring the 2004 Sioux Falls O' Gorman Knights football team and the students and staff involved in the football program as 2004 Class AA State High School Football Champions.
         HC 1006    (HJ 9th LD) Honoring the 2004 West Central Trojans High School football team, coaches, and staff, on an unprecedented five state championships in a row.
