         HB 1078     increase the motorcycle safety education fee and to provide for the repeal of the fee.
             Representatives Buckingham, Boomgarden, Frost, Garnos, Haverly, Heineman, Hennies, Hills, Hunt, Pederson (Gordon), Putnam, and Rave and Senators Duniphan, Bogue, Broderick, Gray, Kelly, Koetzle, Koskan, Napoli, Olson (Ed), Sutton (Dan), and Sutton (Duane)

         SB 31     update certain provisions pertaining to motor carrier safety and transportation of hazardous materials.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Public Safety

         SB 63     revise certain provisions regarding pedestrian control signals.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Transportation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
