         HB 1090     allow debt cancellation contract and debt suspension contract fees to be included in consumer installment sales contracts.
             Representatives Cutler, Elliott, Sebert, and Vehle and Senators McCracken, Broderick, and Sutton (Dan)

         SB 15*     provide that certain submissions constitute waiver of the right to change a hearing examiner in certain contested cases regarding workers' compensation.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Labor

         SB 59*     permit the involuntary feeding or hydration of a prisoner.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
