         SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS

         HB 1035    revise certain provisions regarding the regulation of remote service banking.
         HB 1033    establish certain provisions with regard to the past tax liability of sellers who agree to collect sales and use tax under the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement.
         HB 1021    revise the state trunk highway system.
         HB 1022    repeal certain provisions regarding the winter safe maintenance fund.
         HB 1023    repeal certain provisions regarding the required labeling of motor vehicle window film or glaze.
         HB 1034    revise certain provisions regarding the investigation of vehicle dealers.
         HB 1042    provide limited immunity to persons that report certain vehicle dealer violations.

         HB 1019    (Removed from Consent Calendar) make firefighters from nonprofit corporate rural fire departments eligible for state workers compensation when working for the Department of Agriculture.

         HB 1008    (Deferred from 6th LD) revise certain provisions concerning absentee ballots.
         HB 1045*    provide for the continuance of coverage for dependents on certain health insurance policies.
         HB 1046*    revise certain provisions regarding examination reports of insurers and insurance producers.
         HB 1044*    revise certain provisions regarding the refund procedures for a purchaser who seeks a return of over-collected sales or use taxes from a seller.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS
        
         SC 3    (SJ p. 105) Recognizing and honoring Erin Tycz of Tyndall for recently being selected as Miss Czech-Slovak USA Queen.
