         SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS

         SB 7        revise the notice requirements for road district elections.
         SB 8        revise certain provisions concerning voter tabulation systems.
         SB 22        change the agency required to provide certain information regarding the value of railroad property.
         SB 44        revise certain provisions relating to the collection of debt and fees by the Bureau of Administration.
         SB 62        authorize the South Dakota Science and Technology Authority to invest funds with the State Investment Council.


        

         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS


         SB 31        (Removed from Consent Calendar) update certain provisions pertaining to motor carrier safety and transportation of hazardous materials.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION

         SC 5        (SJ 6th LD) Honoring Amber Stern of Freeman, South Dakota, Girls State Governor, and Jon Brockhoft of Winner, South Dakota, Boys State Governor, and commending the South Dakota American Legion and Auxiliary for their sponsorship and coordination of the Girls State and Boys State programs.
