         SB 13*    create certain provisions regarding transfers of experience rating accounts and assignment of unemployment insurance tax rates.
         SB 30        revise certain provisions regarding creditable health insurance coverage.
         SB 31        update certain provisions pertaining to motor carrier safety and transportation of hazardous materials.
         SB 49        revise certain provisions regarding payments or assignments by insurance producers for referrals.
         SB 63        revise certain provisions regarding pedestrian control signals.

         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
         * Refer to Daily Reader for engrossed (amended) bill

         SB 15*    provide that certain submissions constitute waiver of the right to change a hearing examiner in certain contested cases regarding workers' compensation.
         SB 20*    prohibit a mobile telecommunications service provider from including a subscriber's telephone number in a wireless directory assistance service database without the subscriber's authorization.


         SB 29        provide the South Dakota risk pool with the ability to enter into certain provider contracts and to declare an emergency.
         SB 40        establish minimum fire safety standards for specialty resorts.
         SB 46        modify the requirements for closed block individual health benefit plans.
         SB 48        authorize the director of the Division of Banking to enter into certain interstate agreements and to establish certain procedures regarding those agreements.
         SB 59*    permit the involuntary feeding or hydration of a prisoner.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS

         SC 3        (SJ 5th LD) Recognizing and honoring Erin Tycz of Tyndall for recently being selected as Miss Czech-Slovak USA Queen.
         SC 4        (SJ 5th LD) Commending and honoring Terry Koontz of the Meade School District Board on her selection as the 2004-2005 Outstanding School Board member.
