         HB 1074     revise certain provisions relating to the maximum term of promissory notes issued to municipalities.
             Representatives Rounds, Brunner, Dennert, Elliott, Garnos, Hackl, Halverson, Hennies, and McCoy and Senators Lintz, Gray, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1076     permit certain public entities to establish the maximum indemnity for their officers and employees.
             Representatives Hanks, Hennies, McLaughlin, and Rounds and Senators Adelstein, Duniphan, and Gray

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
