         HB 1009     revise certain filing requirements for limited liability companies and to repeal certain obsolete provisions.

         HB 1010     revise certain provisions regarding federal tax lien registrations.

         HB 1011     establish a program of recoveries and fraud investigations in the Department of Social Services.

         HB 1012     establish certain penalties for the unauthorized acquisition or transfer of food stamp benefits.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Social Services

         HB 1020     revise certain provisions related to clemency hearings and other hearings of the Board of Pardons and Paroles.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

         HB 1048     modify certain bonding provisions for nonresident violators of game, fish and park laws.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

         HB 1049     revise certain provisions regarding the permitting and the regulation of shooting preserves and to declare an emergency.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
