Ionizing radiation sources to be licensed and to set a fee.

         ENTITLED, An Act to  establish a fee for the licensing of ionizing radiation sources.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:

     Section  1.  That § 34-21-18 be amended to read as follows:

     34-21-18.   The agency is authorized to may require licensing or registration of all sources of ionizing radiation. The annual license shall be accompanied by an annual license fee. The Department of Health shall, by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, establish the annual license fee which may not exceed one hundred dollars.
