         SB 29*    (Veto, SJ 34th LD) establish one rate for the telephone gross receipts tax and to provide uniform methods to administer the tax.

         CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

         SB 213    (Deferred from 33rd LD) repeal certain provisions regarding the reduction in state aid to education based on school district general fund balances.
              Revise certain provisions regarding the reduction in state aid to education based on school district general fund balances.
         HB 1062    (Deferred from 33rd LD, SJ 663) revise the rule-making authority regarding the mowing of ditches on the state trunk highway system.
         SB 11     delegate authority to the Board of Regents to construct certain buildings and structures and to make a continuing appropriation therefor.
              Rename the regents scholarship program the South Dakota opportunity scholarship program.
         SB 86    revise the requirements for determining whether dwellings are eligible to be classified as owner-occupied single-family dwellings and to repeal certain outdated provisions concerning the property tax relief program.
         SB 169    provide a sparsity factor when distributing certain school district revenue.
