         SB 11*    (Concur in House amendments, HJ 759, 760) delegate authority to the Board of Regents to construct certain buildings and structures and to make a continuing appropriation therefor.

         SB 34*    (Concur in House amendments, HJ 487, 758, 759) repeal certain small group health insurance requirements.
              require health carriers to offer certain deductible options for certain health benefit plans.
         SB 54*    (Concur in House amendments, HJ 637, 773) provide for the inclusion of certain information on required abortion reports and to clarify the confidential nature of the information.
         SB 112*    (Concur in House amendment, HJ 730) require state agencies promulgating rules pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act to provide an impact statement on small business.
         SB 147*    (Concur in House amendment, HJ 692) establish a fund for rehabilitation services for persons with spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries and the research of spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries and to create an advisory council for the disbursement of the fund.
